Follow instructions for best results. How to use: With first use, wash glove with hot water and soap, ensuring all soap is removed. Step 1. Enjoy a hot steamy bath or shower for 5 to 10 minutes to soften the skin. Do not use oils, soap, bath bombs or other bath products as the mitt relies on friction and this will prevent the exfoliation process from working. Step 2. Step out of the water and using a damp glove, glide in an up and down motion encouraging dead skin to lift and roll off. Avoid sensitive areas, aggressive rubbing and using on open wounds or sunburnt skin. Step 3. Follow with a moisturiser or body oil. Hand wash mitt in hot soapy water and hang to dry. Do not machine wash. Replace glove when no longer effective, approx every 2 months if used once a week. Although visible peeling is not always guaranteed, you’ll still receive the benefits of exfoliation. Use 1-2 times a week.
