step 1 :uninstall all existing office in your device and log out all microsoft office account and close all office file
step 2: open portal.office.com login with user ID and password for windows/ download office 365 from app store or google play(MAC/IOS/Android)
step 3: install office as per the showing instructions, then login with provided user ID and password
Notes: maximum for 5 devices. Password shall remain for all devices. you MUST change the password, reset your email/mobile to protect your account.
